During the food project, we had learned more about the food inside of our supermarkets and how that food is made, to find this information we had read books, and we had looked into how we had felt about how food is made and about the prospects of eating meat.
Quite frankly I had felt as if the project was too open-ended and didn't really make me want to banter with any of the other students about some of the things I thought because I felt as if they wouldn't understand a lot of the things I had seen because of how far out we could go with our lines of thinking.
My main takeaway from studying food academically was that a lot of the thoughts I had about food in the past turned out to be fairly accurate, so the thoughts that I had about it didn't really change much but i now have a new found hatred for corn related puns
